Interior Redesign Consultation $150
Bringing in a NEW set of eyes does wonders.  This 2-3 hour Redesign consultation is designed for any room(s) that you have a decorating dilemma on or any projects you'd like to start, including; color choices, kitchen/bathroom remodels, accessorizing, window treatments, lighting, flooring, furniture arrangement.  We work with many reputable vendors and pass along our designer discount.

Interior Redesign $65/hr
Redesign is a design concept that reinvents your existing decor & cherished belongings using our professional arrangement techniques to create a new inventive living space.  Your room(s) can be transformed into a work of beauty & function in a matter of hours.  Because redesign uses your furnishings it costs thousands less then hiring a traditional interior designer.  Come home and see the transformation.

In-Home Consultation Staging $150
"Do it Yourself Plan".  For those that are on their way but need some guidance.  A Home Staging Expert will come to your home for an initial 1-2 hour consultation, which will incorporate the interior and exterior of your home.  Your property will be assessed and determined on what priorities are on improving your space & maximize potential profit.  An extensive report detailing all of the actions that it would take to transform your home, as well as other tip & tricks from the Staging pros.

In Home Staging $65/hr
Don't have time to stage or feel the creativity we recommended?  Let us spend a half or full day transforming your home into a buyers dream.  We will work off of the detailed action plan that was prepared in your initial consultation and add the finishing touches.  You'll also recieve our Staging Do's & Open House Checklist your buyers are sure to notice!

Personal Shopper $40/hr
Looking for a particular piece of furniture or just some acessories for the final touch, we can shop for you!  We are familiar with where to go for great deals and know what stores carry what.  We can shop quickly, saving you time, hassle, worries and money.
